STUDENT RECORDS AND REGISTRATION

COURSE OFFERINGS

The JDI operates on a trimester system. As such, courses are offered three times per academic year: Fall, Spring, and Summer (see Academic Calendar). Each course consists of 12 weeks of classes that are completed through online, self-paced learning. Two credit hours are earned for each course. There is no residency requirement.

BECOMING A STUDENT

Before registering for classes, each student must Create a Student Record (NEW students only).

New Student Account Setup

The New Student Account Setup button opens a form so a new student may create an account. As part of creating an account, you will be asked for an email address – which will become your User ID. You will also be asked to create a password that will be associated with your ID. The system creates a single user account that allows access to your academic records (Student Registration System) and to the classes in the Learning Management System.

NOTE: If you do not know your password, select "Forgot Password" after entering your email address on the login page. Your password will be emailed to you.
